Included in your monthly membership health plan is access to your provider via secure messaging  whether it be via text, phone, or email. Your health deserves prompt attention and as a member you will be able to connect easily and receive guidance and support when you need it most. Our goal is to make healthcare simple, accessible, and personal.

Our non-emergent acute care services include diagnosis and treatment for common illnesses including upper respiratory infections, sore throat, cough, ear infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal disorders, and some sexually transmitted infections. Testing for covid, flu, and strep is offered in office and included in monthly membership plans. Additional costs may be applied for non-membership sick visits that include testing. 

Our chronic disease management services at JMA Health and Wellness include monitoring and treatment for diabetes, thyroid disorders, migraines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, allergies, anxiety, depression, and others.
